Series and retreats are intimate gatherings that allow space for reflection, meditation, and discussion within a group setting. In our fast paced modern lives, it is very helpful to carve out time for inner connection and physical relaxation.  Retreat time defined as a time outside of your normal home or work routine, of even a day or half day to tune into the natural world and listen to our hearts beyond the anxiety and to do list, allows the body to recalibrate, restore, and fosters resilience. These occasions are times for self-discovery in order to find answers to questions like "Why am I here?" or "What is my purpose?" and "How can I live my life with more ease and a felt sense of trust and faith?"

Living in Ease hosts several events each year, lasting anywhere from one day to a full weekend. In addition to spiritual exploration, we hike, stretch and enjoy beautiful natural surroundings. No experience is necessary to participate. Healthy food and accommodation may be included, depending on the length and location of the series or retreat. Living in Ease retreats and series are not affiliated with any specific religious or spiritual practice and incorporate a variety of different traditions.

Our retreats and series are typically held in Meridian Mississippi at a beautiful, secluded estate on many acres of land near a private lake. Events have also been held at locations nationwide, such as Santa Fe New Mexico and Miami Florida.
